Of the 33 Prayer Beads available, the ones you'll want to make a beeline for are the Sleuth Beads, Prosperity Beads, and Spirit Perception Beads – these will prove vital in helping you find all of the game's collectibles.
You'll also want to unlock the Fukurokuju III ability via the Equipment skill tree, enabling you to equip three sets of Prayer Beads, maximising the number of buffs or abilities you can have active at any one time.
